- وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى مَنِ اتَّبَعَ الْهُدَى Peace to all who follow guidance! All praise is due to Allah and may His peace be upon His messenger till the Last Day. My name is Amina, derived from the word 'Mu'mina', literally meaning 'the Believer'. I have been famously named, after the mother of the Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him. Since Islam has made me so proud of myself by raising my status, I have adopted the title, 'Amiratul Mu'minat' which means, 'The leader of the (female) Believers'. In this blog, I hope to spread the beautiful message of Islam thereby earning the pleasure of my and your Lord, Allah, glorified be He. In addition, I hope to shed some light on certain issues which are usually misrepresented by the media. I hope you enjoy and benefit from my blog. If you find anything offensive, then I ask that you find it within yourself to forgive me.
